I had a very comfortable stay. The room has lots of storage, as did the bathroom with 2 mirrored cabinets, so I was able to unpack and feel right at home. I appreciated the power strip next to the nightstand. The room included things I’d find in a hotel like bath robes, kurig pods, local chocolates, toiletries, blow dryer, extra towels and blankets- not all airbnbs provide those things. Check-in at 3pm and check-out at noon are generous with the ability to leave luggage before and after. The location was excellent- safe and walkable to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops , and grocery stores. Also very close to several public transit options. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in a very convenient location that is central to a lot in SF! The room was huge and so nice to have a bay window. The shared bathrooms were nice and never busy. The shared kitchen was very nice to have. Really great value for the price. Would stay again.

This spot was really excellent. I needed a cheap stay and this was great. It's hostel style living but with adults! there is not a common area but I met some cool people when we were cooking side by side in the kitchen and that was a fun addition to my trip. My room had a huge skylight so I never even turned the lights on. Despite this place being a more or less a hostel it was so quiet and peaceful which was wonderful. Another reviewer mentioned earplugs so I chose to wear some each night because I'm a finicky sleeper but I think for the average sleeper it would be fine without them. There no street noise and you can't hear other guests talking. You can hear the other doors opening and closing so for this reason I chose ear plugs. Again - normal sleepers will be fine without them. Overall I loved this spot. It's super central and easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Super safe neighborhood. I will be back!

David was super accommodating and responsive. I was able to get in quickly and the staff was so kind. The shared spaces were extremely clean - 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone coming to SF!

Great room and neighborhood, with everything as advertised. Cleaning crew does a great job prepping the room and maintaining common areas. Will stay here during all of my SF visits when available.

I had to find a place on short notice for work and David’s place worked perfectly. The apartment opens into a nicely size kitchen and extends into a series of bedroom. My room is quite large and has a bathroom right across the hall. I felt very comfortable in the space. Not to mention it’s in a really great location. I would recommend.

Great place to stay. Very walkable to everything including local shops, an array of cafes, parks, grocery store, and local transportation. Very central location. Very responsive to messages and seamless experience. Highly recommend.
