Other Details to Note
- Shared Home: The kitchen, laundry facilities and roof deck are shared with other guests in the home. To ensure these spaces remain clean and comfortable for everyone, a housekeeper visits three times a week. - Security: Your room has a private lock for your peace of mind. For the security of all residents, exterior security cameras are located on the property. - Parking: No on site parking is available. Limited street parking depending on availability. Paid parking is available at nearby Davies Hospital. - No Elevator: Please be aware that our historic home does not have an elevator. Your room is on the third floor, and access is via a narrow staircase. Guests must be able to carry their own luggage. - Fire Safety: Like most historic buildings in our neighborhood we do not have fire sprinklers. However, all rooms have smoke detectors that work in unison for the entire floor. Guests may exit through either the front or back stairs. Fire extinguishers are on every floor in both stairways. - Central Location: Guests can easily explore iconic neighborhoods like the Castro and Haight-Ashbury on foot or via the nearby MUNI subway or Historical Market Street Trolley. - I live on site and will be sharing the Residential Unit at the same time as the guests.
