David was very responsive. The location is excellent and a fantastic neighborhood. The victorian home is great. The room although compact worked great and I would love to stay here again. Parking wasn’t a problem just follow the street signs. 3 days here such a great time. Lots of questionable neighborhoods in SF. This isn’t one.

Shared spaces were outstandingly clean, which isn’t always the case when I stay in this style of Airbnb. Would 100% make this my first choice next time I’m in town.

We are in a super transit friendly neighborhood so a car is not needed to get around the city. All MUNI subway lines stop just two blocks away at Church and Market. The #22 bus is just a block away and runs from the Marina to UCSF Mission Bay. The Castro, Mission, Hayes Valley, and Haight neighborhoods are just a short walk. Free street parking is available in our neighborhood. There is a two hour limit during daytime weekdays. There is no limit at night and on weekends. It is easiest to find parking at night where there will be street cleaning the next day (please be sure to move your car before the street cleaning). Paid parking is available at the Davies Hospital parking garage at Duboce and Castro Streets.
